Abstract
Using a pair of specific primers, the chitinase gene cDNA of Arabidopsis Pumila was amplified by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) from the total RNA with a length of 985bp,which includes an open reading frame (ORF) of 963bp,that means 321 amino acids with a predicted molecular weight of 35.52kD,Homology analysizing the Chitinase Gene cDNA of Arabidopsis Pumila nucleotid sequence and reported Arabidopsis thaliana in GenBank, and 93% identity was found.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
