Face to the countryside, and construct an education platform for village teachers

Abstract

It is a good and popular project to start work to improve the quality of teachers in rural Hubei Province and carry out the training for primary, secondary teachers and principals in rural township. Combining with their own practice of organizations in rural primary and secondary teacher training, this paper discusses on constructing a platform for village teacher education issues facing to the countryside.
