A Randomized Controlled Study of Compound Danshen Injection Combined with Oxygen Inhalation Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract
[Objective]To observe the compound Danshen Injection plus oxygen combined with western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,60 cases of outpatients and inpatients were randomLy divided into two groups.A control group of 30 cases of sulfasalazine,1.0g/,4 /d,oral.The treatment group of 30 cases of Compound Danshen injection,20mL/+0.9% 250mL normal saline,1 /d,intravenous drip.nasal catheter continuous low flow oxygen,oxygen flow rate of 3L/min,1h/,2 /d.Western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment with 10d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical,endoscopic review,recurrence rate,adverse reaction.Continuous 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group 12 cases were cured,15 cases improved,3 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 90%.The control group 7 cases were cured,16 cases improved,7 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 76.67%.The treatment group was better than control group(P 0.05).Endoscopic examination in two groups were improved,the treatment group than the control group(P 0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group than the control group(P 0.05).[Conclusion]Compound Danshen Injection plus oxygen combined with western medicine has remarkable effect for the treatment of ulcerative colitis,worthy of promotion.
