Using the literature review,expert′s interview,video statistics,mathematical statistics,the author analysed the variety characteristics of the international gymnastics rule: It breaks through the 10 grade limit and sdds the new difficulity groups.It puts forward more high demand on gymnastics actions and will give a new challenge to the coach and the athlete.Passing the 39th world championships the author points out that our country women gymnastics have an advantage in quality and steady of the gymnastics actions.But we are short of all-round and excellent athletes.
