Analysis on the Characteristic and Value of Public Show of Property Rights

Is the public show of property rights for the property right or for the actual change of the right? The solution of this problem will help ascertain the contents and the scope of the system,define the system of the public show of property rights,locate the status of the system in property rights law,and whether the public show of property rights is the basic principle of property rights law,and its effect.At least,a perfect system of property law should conform to the following requirements: basic principle,comprehensive system and meeting emergency function.On this base the author analyzes the value of the property rights show system to maintain the order of market economy.
