Analysis of rent standards for public rental housing in Fujian province

Abstract
The rent standard is an important component of public rental housing system. The appropriate public rental housing rent standards help to promote public rental construction. First,we comment researches on the rent standard of public rental housing. Then we analyze the rent standards for public rental housing in Fujian province by cost method and market method. Finally,we recommend some policies of the rent standard of public rental housing in Fujian.
