Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of VEGF in the differential diagnosis of pleural effusion.Method 100 patients of pleural effusion with confirmed cause were selected. And pleural effusion VEGF levels were detected.Result Pleural effusion VEGF levels in malignant tumor group(387 ± 98.05 ng / L) were higher than those in control group(102±65.24 ng/L),there were significant differences. Conclusion Detecting the level of VEGF is simple and convenient, which plays a guided role in the analysis and differential diagnosis of pleural effusion.
