Abstract
The content of flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry. Screening the optimum conditions of purification flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedentata by macroporous resin. The result showed: HPD100 resin is the best for the purification of flavones, when the concentration of crude flavones was 137. 8μg·mL-1,the volume of sample was 5 mL,the time of adsorption was 30 min, flow rate was 1. 5 mL / min and the eluent was 95% ethanol, the adsorption rate was 85. 44%,the elution rate of flavones was 94. 92%,the rate of recovery was 95. 66%,Under the optimum conditions the falconoid compounds quality score was from 2. 76% to 81. 10%. The experiment showed that this technology was reasonable and practicable, suitable for industrial production.
