Abstract
A new method for a comprehensive evaluation of multi-purposes water resources development level can be developed by adopting the entropy objective iteration algorithm and the fuzzy mater-element theory. With this method, both the no-preference weight of the evaluated object and the development grade can be determined. This paper calculates the Euclid approach degree of the fuzzy mater-element to a standard fuzzy mater-element and the weights of various evaluated objects, and obtains a comprehensive evaluation and an optimum order of the development and utilization of regional water resources in Xi’an,which provides significant reference to the development of this city.
