Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of large dose defibrin in treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction. Methods: 36 cases of acute progressive cerebral infarction were treated with defibrin and the plasma fibrinogen, clinical effect were observed and compared with control group. Results: Defibrin employed in treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction could stop rapidly the progression of the symptoms due to local cerebral ischemia and improve the neurological function, lower the level of plasma fibrinogen. Conclusion: Defibrin is a rapid, effective and safe medicine to treat acute progressive cerebral infarction.
