On the Selection of Competitive Aerobics Athletes by the Theory of Sports Groups

In view of sports groups with different methods like documents and literature,deductive and logical reasoningt,his paper analyses the inner relationship between competitive gymnastics and competitive aerobics from the selection of aerobics athletes.The result shows that we should select the aerobics athletes from the athletes who have been trained regularly,which can improve the teaching quality of competitive aerobics,the level of sports,which is useful for shortening the training cycle and getting good results.
