Clinical Observation of Shenshuai Decoction on Treating CRF

Objective: To observe the clinic effect of Shenshuai Decoction in treating chronic renal failure( CRF). Methods: 60 CRF patients be choosed to two groups,one was taken Shenshuai decoction as treatment group,and another was control group.Both selected food of high quality containing low salt and albumen,and choose to suppress the blood presure and adjust Water-elect-rolyte acid-base balance,etc. Observe the clinic effect before and after the treatment,and the changes in the level of blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine and haemoglobin. Results: The general effective rate of treatment group is 83. 39%,the control group is 46. 67%,which is signifigent diffrent( P 0. 01). The increasing of Hemoglobin( Hb) of treatment group is higher than control group( P 0. 01),the decreasing of Scr and Bun of is higher than control group( P 0. 01). Conclusion: Thereby,the advantages of Shenshuai Decoction which can neutralize toxin and disperse turbidity were proved by its long-term effect by multiple target points and melting points in an all-round manner,and it was really effective to chronic renal insufficiency. On the basis,we can explore new approaches to retard the progress of CRF.
