Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to determine the content of Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide in 35 copies of Coriolus versicolor in different regions and different times in Guangxi and 15 copies collected in different parts of China.[Method] The hydrolyzate of polysaccharide was determined with HPLC.According to the chromatographic peak of monosaccharide reference substance and samples,the composition of the monosaccharide in Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide was determined.[Result] Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide composes of mannose,rhamnose,galacturonic acid,glucose,galactose and xylose.The sterling Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide(more than 80%) composes of glucose,rhamnose,galactose,mannose,galacturonic acid and xylose and their mole ratio is 5.93∶2.20∶0.90∶1.26∶0.81∶0.43.[Conclusion]The composition of Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide in different area and different collection time in Guangxi was same basically.
