Abstract

By ultrasonic extraction method,the selection solvent,ultrasonic time,temperature,pH value as extraction factors,carries on the single factor experiment and L9(34) orthogonal test,to optimize Coriolus versicolor polysaccharides extract technology,and the common food additive,common beverage,some metal ions in the presence of the Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide to evaluate the stability of in vitro Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide,and explores the oxidation resistance.The results showed that the best Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide extracting conditions for 2% with Na2CO3 as solvent,temperature,pH value for 45 ℃,ultrasonic time 50 min 8.5 extraction rate can be as high as are highest.Coriolus versicolor polysaccharides in common food additive,carbonated beverage,soda water,and other media stability is good,Coriolus versicolor polysaccharids hydroxyl radicals have good Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide removal ability,has the good development application value.
