Analysis of the Problems in Practical Teaching Management and the Countermeasures in Higher Vocational Colleges

Practical teaching management is the important guarantee for the implementation of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges.There are numerous problems in the management of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges such as hard-implemented teaching plan,imperfect evaluation and examination system,lack of teachers and monotonous teaching modes,etc.The article argues that the smooth progress and implementation of the practical teaching in higher vocational colleges calls for development of a series of approaches and strategies;which include workable teaching plan,strengthening the teaching supervision,training experienced teachers,and practicing work-study combination teaching mode,etc.
