High school students Internet Addiction Survey and Analysis of Personality

Objective To investigate the situation of internet addiction in high school students and their personality characteristics.Methods Using a self-made general questionnaire,Young Internet addiction diagnosis questionnaire,EPQ(EPQ),SCL-90(SCL-90) to investigate the first and second grade high school students.Results 816 high school students in the school network addiction rate was 12.45 percent.Internet addiction and mental quality of secondary school students neuroticism scores higher than the normal form,showing that the Internet Addiction secondary school students of the existence of emotional instability and the spirit of the characteristics.Conclusion Internet Addiction of high school students is closely related to their personality characteristics.
