The Analysis of the Immune Mechanism of Allergic Rhinitis Patients with Serum TNF-α,NO Content and its Dynamic

Objective To explore the serum of patients with allergic rhinitis TNF-α,NO content of the dynamic changes in their immune mechanism.Methods To apply the Double sandwich EIISA anti-TNF-α determination of the content and to use nitrate reductase serum levels of NO.Results Serum TNF-α and NO level of AR group than the control group showed a significant increase(P0.01).AR and exacerbation of TNF-α and NO levels with a view to intermittent,as well as the normal control group(P0.01),AR group after hormone therapy in patients with serum concentrations of NO were significantly lower than before treatment(t = 7.258,P0.01).Conclusion TNF and NO involved in the immune pathogenesis of AR,serum TNF-α and NO level of AR for the diagnosis,treatment and provide a theoretical basis for reference.
