Abstract
In 2011,the 17th Central Committee of the CPC held its sixth plenary session,which is the key to the reform of Chinese cultural system and the development of socialist culture.In the new era,how to break though the tough issues on reform of the cultural system,how to make culture become more power,and which is the best way to construct culture and so on have become the new topics in the 12th Five-Year Plan.Anhui province is becoming a strong culture province,the research on the strategy will not only help us to understand the culture construction of other provinces,but also help us to promote the whole China's reform of the cultural system and the flourishing of socialist cultural development.
