Abstract
Objective To study the optimal enzymatic extraction of vinblastine,catharanthine and vindoline from Catharanthus roseus(Linnaeus)G.Don.MethodsHPLC method was used to determine the contents of vinblastine,catharanthine and vindoline from C.roseus.Five factors were studied during enzymatic extraction of cellulase.ResultsThe optimal enzymatic extraction of cellulase was determined as follows:enzyme 2 mg for 1 g material,Ph1.5,buffer to raw material ratio 20,temperature 40℃,and enzymolysis time 12 hours.ConclusionCompared with the traditional acidic water extraction,the enzymolysis method can increase the extraction yield of effective components from C.roseus.
