Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous venous-venous hemofiltration on the immune functioning in patients with sepsis. Methods 42patients with sepsis, according to the patients and their families, were divided into routine treatment group(routine group)and basic treatment+CRRT treatment group(CRRT group).Changes of CD3+/CD45+,CD3+CD4+/CD45+ and CD3+CD8+/CD45+,CD16+CD56+/CD45+,CD19+/CD45+cells and C-reactive protein(CRP),WBC,BUN,and Cr were compared before and after treatment in different group. Results In CRRT group before and after treatment, most patients with clinical symptoms were improved. After treatment CD3+/CD45+and CD3+CD4+/CD45+and CD3+CD8+/CD45+,CD16+ CD56+/CD45+,CD19+/CD45+cells increased significantly, with statistical different(P 0.01).APACHE-Ⅱ score,CRP,WBC,BUN,and Cr were significantly reduced, with statistical difference(P0.05).In the routine group before and after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in lymphocyte subsets,APACHE-Ⅱ score,CRP,WBC,BUN, and Cr. Compared with routine group, there was no statistically significant difference in lymphocyte subsets in CRRT group before treatment;but difference was statistically significant after treatment. Conclusion CRRT is effective in regulating the immune balance of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with sepsis.
