Abstract

Objective:To investigate the changes in T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood in patients with chronic renal diseases. Methods:In 66 patients with chronic renal diseases, biotin-streptavidin-peroxidase was used to T lymphocyte subsets(CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8),and the levels of serum blood total protein (TP),albumin(A1), urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine (Scr), triglyceride (TG),Cholesterol(CHO),total urine protein per 24 hours(Pr/24 h), et al.were assayed and then analyzed with statistics. Results:The levels of CD4(P0.05),CD4/CD8,TP and Al(P0.01) in chronic renal disease group were all lower than those of the normal compared group, the levels of CD8,BUN, Scr(P0.05) and Pr/24 h(P0.01) were all higher than those of normal subjects. In the chronic renal disease group, Scr was negatively correlated with CD8(P0.01), and not significantly correlated with CD4 and CD4/CD8(P 0.05),there was no significant correlation between CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 and Pr/24 h,TP,Al,BUN,TG CHO(P 0.05).Conclusions:Immune disorder is present in the peripheral blood of chronic renal disease patients, which is negatively correlated with renal functions but not significantly correlated with the excretion of urine protein.
