Abstract

The golden mean mode of Confucian thought is the integrated demonstration of both rational wisdom and dialectic philosophy,which possesses such traits as harmony not sameness,inadequacy for overdoing andweighing to certain circumstances.This paper studies the value of Confucius' doctrine for modern management from two levels of coordinating function and methodology of Integration of rigity and flexibility.
