Culture,is the root of a nation,is the soul of a nation.Since reforming and opening,the economic construction in minority areas has made great progress,but,due to many factors,the minority folk traditional culture attention is not high,national culture,folk customs,folk customs in the gradual weakening,it makes the folk cultural heritage and the protection of the emergence of new problems.In view of this,how to better protection and development,inheritance of ethnic minority's folk culture,is not only a minority,but also the whole of China need to think and solve the issue.
