Comparisons of Project Management and Construction Agent System

With the rapid development of economic construction in China,there are more and more large construction projects,and engineering technology is also increasingly complex.Project management of large construction projects is particularly important.A variety of project management modes along with application in construction project management,and these caused confusion in the relevant work.During the actual project construction,project managemen(t PM)and the construction agent system are compared in following aspects,application scope,starting point,differences of management goal,contract relationship,responsibility,power and risks.
