Quality of an Editor of Sci-tech Periodical in the Course of Internationalization

In the light of the requirements of the internationalization process for sci-tech journal, this paper pointed out that an editor should have three consciousnesses such as the academic consciousness, the internationalization consciousness and the knowledge-renewing consciousness, and holds that the creative and innovative ability, the information processing ability, the aesthetic and psychological analyzing ability, and the foreign language applying ability are the basic qualities that the editors should possess.
