Abstract
China's urbanization process is accelerating,and at the same time the numbers of landless farmers also increases.However,the compensation mechanism of landless farmers in China has long been in monetary compensation,training of landless farmers has been neglected which results in landless farmers employment difficulties,lack of security,and other adverse consequences.In order to improve the quality of the landless farmers and increase their employment,we use the empirical method of investigation to explore Tianjin landless farmers' compensation.And some solutions is proposed,such as,strengthen training efforts in the compensation mechanism of landless farmers,increasing investment in training,changing the educational content and methods and so on.
