Abstract

Network economy is a form of economy activity formed with the development of modern information technology. Network economy is different from traditional economy in consumption, production, risk and so on. However, the two are connected to each other. They are the same in such aspects as the purpose of activity, basic economic rules. Traditional economy is the foundation and precondition of the development of network economy, while network economy can push traditional economy forward. The two accelerate each other.
