Abstract
The teaching management holds the important position in College management,strengthening the scientific level of teaching management is the efficient path to realize the personnel training and promote higher education enterprise development.This article has carried on the discussion to teaching management's scientific development from the ideological concept,to the control system,the supervising mechanism,the management method,management troop quality construction and so on.
