Abstract
The indirect ELISA for detection of serum antibodies to Eimeria tenella was established with the recombinant fusion protein expressed in E.coli as antigen and mice anti-chicken IgG HRP conjugate as the second antibody. The results showed that coating antigen was 1 μg per well for λMzp5-7 recombinant protein, and blocked with 100 mL/L serum of foetus bovine. The assay was characterized by simplicity, rapidity and economy.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
