Investigation of Outpatient Prescription in Hospital and Analysis the Unreasonable of Anti-Infective Drug Usage

Objective Investigation the situation of drugs used of Outpatient prescription in hospital,promoting rational administration of drug,the reasonable safety uses the medicine for the patient.Methods Random hospital in January 2009 ～ December outpatient prescription pharmacy 12000 on one of irrational drug prescription for statistical analysis.Results The unreasonable use of medicine on prescription of the outpatient service of hospital was total 372,accounting for 3.1% of prescription investigate.Conclusions Outpatient prescription drugs has increased rationality,but the phenomenon of irrational drug use still exist,physicians in enhancing rational drug use at the same time,a pharmacy job staff should also be intensifi ed supervision.
