Abstract
The theory and method to realize FIR low-pass filter using Distributed Arithmtetic based on FPGA is presented.The design uses window function of Matlab toolbox to calculated FIR filter coefficient,and simulated with QuartusⅡ.The hardware simulation result shows the designed FIR filter is correct.A 16-order FIR low filter is designed as an example,showing the simulated waves,hardware verification method,and actual measurement result.
