As an important legal concept,citizen has its unique meaning.Different from other legal subjects,citizen is an odd concept of law,distinguishing from people,citizen connects with a special country closely,distinguishing from is the subject of legal relation of public law,destinguishing from natural person;citizen has heavily initiative content,distinguishing from subjent.
