Abstract
33 varieties of soybean were treated with different NaCl concentrations(0.9%,1.2%and 1.5%NaCl) at sprout and seedling. The purpose of this experiment was to compare the capacity of salttolerance in two strain of soybean and discuss the mechanism of salt tolerance.7 soybean of salt toleranceat sprout and 5 soybean of salt tolerance at seedling were chosen,3 soybeans were salt tolerance at bothsprout and seedling. This provides a basis of cultivating good salt tolerance kind.
