Evaluation for the Curative Effect on Treatment of Breast Abscess by Holed Cauterized Needling Therapy added Pus-extracted Drug Drainage Technique

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of breast abscess on holed cauterized needling therapy added pus-extracted drug drainage technique.Method:60 cases of breast abscess were randomly divided into two groups:holed cauterized needling therapy added pus-extracted drug drainage technique(treatment group)and the traditional surgical drainage(control group).Compared therapeutic effects and observed the number of dressing of each group,wound healing time,scar length and the postoperative shape of the breast.Result:The number of times in the dressing,healing time,scar length and were lower than the control group( P 0.01).The postoperative shape of the breast for the therapy group keep in shape and there was no skew nipple appearing,while among the controlled group,there was 3 cases losing the beautiful shape and 3 cases nipple skew( P 0.01). Conclusion:Breast abscess on holed cauterized needling therapy added pus-extracted drug drainage technique could reduce the number of dressing changes,shorten healing time,improve the postoperative appearance of breast abscess and protect functional and aesthetic of breast.The treatment of breast abscess was an ideal approach.
