Study on Characteristics and Efficiency Evaluation of Industrial Structure in Shandong Province

Taking comparative labor productivity,deviation degree of employment for industrial structure and shift-share analysis method,the thesis analyzed conditions of industrial structure of Shandong Province from 1990 to 2008.The results showed that industrial structure of Shandong Province conform to general pattern of industrial changes,but tertiary industry developing slowly and its proportion was too low,and there was significant difference in labor productivity of the three in the three industries,and it was highly unbalanced between development of industrial structure and employment structure.Then it showed the three industries were the national growth sectors,however,the competitiveness of different industries took on significant phase characteristics.Finally,the paper put forward corresponding policy recommendations.
