Abstract
This paper gives a talk on the legal issues about the modern rapid development of the network technology hugely impacting on the traditonal copyright law systems by analyzing the real cases.Based on summarized the concept of network copyright,internet copyright infringement were analyzed,and so does the types of net copyright violations for giving some practical copyright protection principles and measures.
