Abstract
The mouse leukocyte cDNA library was screened with pSos-PrP23-231 as bait plasmid by yeast two hybrid system,then the positive yeast clones were obtained. The candidate gene were confirmed by DNA sequencing and BLAST analysis in NCBI,the gene sequence were obtained with their coding protein interacting with pSos-PrP23-231,this candidate genes possibly involve with pathogenesis of BSE.
