Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of Survivin in human prostate cancer, prostate normal tissues and benign prostate tissue by tissue microarray analysis methord.Methods:Rabbit anti-human survivin monoclonal antibody immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of Survivin.Results Immunohistochemistry showed that prostate cancer and benign prostate tissue and normal prostate tissue expression of Survivin was significantly different than (P0.05) Conclusion:Survivin in prostate cancer tissues showed high expression, suggesting that the incidence of prostate cancer or the development of an important role.
