Clinical Study of Qi-Invigorating and Blood Circulation-Promoting Decoction in Treating Endometriosis by Both Oral Medication and Retention Enema

Abstract

Objective:To observe the good clinical efficacy of the treatment of endometriosis.Methods:62 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group A was given the decoction by both oral medication and retention enema.Group B was given the decoction by oral medication only.Group C was given the Danazol only.All of the patients were treated for three months continuously.The symptons,signs and the examination results of B-mode Ultrasonic were detected and compared after the treatment.Results:There were significant differences among the three groups in efficacy and conception rate.The efficacy and conception rate of Group A was better than Group B.The conception rate of Group A was better than Group C.Conclusion:Qi-Invigorating and Blood Circulation-Promoting Decoction have good effect on endometriosis by both oral medication and retention enema.
