Abstract

In this investigation,a set of Chang 7-2 single segment substitution line population in the background of elite inbred line lx 9801 were used as materials for QTL mapping of ear related traits in maize,and the population was evaluated at Zhengzhou and Xunxian location in 2011.Twenty-two different QTL for the four ear related traits were identified at P0.05 significance level,including 9 QTL for ear length,4 QTL for ear diameter,3 QTL for row number,6 QTL for kernel per row.And 4 different QTL were detected in the two locations simultaneously.
