Abstract
The method and result of leaching of gold ore heap bio oxidation cyanidation CIL process was introduced.Adopting column leaching to simulate heap bio oxidation process,the mincro grain disseminated refractory ore after bacterial oxidation the column leaching rate improved from 4.07% to 57.46%.The gold cyanidation CIL after fine grinding to -320 mesh,the gold leaching rate to come to 80.02%,the gold mineral wrapped by sulphur metals are basically solved.This is the effective method of the type of the gold ore.
