Abstract
The experiments of bacterial oxidation,cyanidation extraction gold from refractory high arsenic gold ore were carried out with bacteria HQ0211 domesticated.This kind of gold ore contains 128.5 g/t gold,16.84% arsenic,21.72% sulfur,26.62% iron.The leaching rate of cyanidation only has 29.35%.It is classed into the high arsenic refractory gold ore.The dearsenication rate of the gold ore is 96.2%,weight-loss rate is 43.9% through bacterial oxidation pretreatment.After bacterial oxidation,the gold cyanidation leaching rate of the ore increase to 92.57% from 29.35%,and results are in evidence.
