Abstract

Objective:To investigate the improvement of surgical techniques on the thyroid, the possibility of surgery in the operative field revealing the full, surgical safety, shorter operative time, postoperative incision and aesthetic effect of a low small-good results.Methods:47 cases of thyroid surgery, focusing on minimally invasive concepts, and conventional surgical method for the three improved, one notch of the precise design, and second, improved suture techniques and the third is the placement of drainage.Results:47 cases were cured,no one cases of occurrence of recurrent laryngeal nerve, parathyroid injury and postoperative bleeding were followed up for 4 months to 12 months,no one cases of recurrence,no scars more than one cases of leather, and 47 cases of scar color was color, visual effects, good.in surgery 3~6 days after discharged,Length of stay 5~9 days. Conclusion:With improved thyroid resection, and less surgical trauma, surgical time, incision scar significantly reduced the incidence of adhesions, etc, which is worthy to be popularized.
