Abstract
Twelve RAPD primers were used to assess the genetic variation of 23 isolates of binucleate Rhizoctonia from different localities of Yunnan Province.A total of 210 polymorphic bands were amplified with and no common bands were found among tested isolates. The results showed that the rate of polymorphism of the isolates was 100 %.The dendrogram constructed by Unweighted Pair Group Method using Arithmetic Average(UPGMA) suggested that 23 isolates could be divided into 13 RAPD groups with a genetic distance of 0.86,according to RAPD data.However,3 isolates,Bch-61,SM-18,and RY-16,warrant further identification.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
