Abstract
The insurance system of civil servant is an important part of civil servant system, and it is also a variety of social security system. To implement and perfect civil servant insurance system is an inherent demand of the construction of modern civil servant system. In the face of the various problems existed in China's civil servant insurance system, we must persist in the principles of suiting the insurance level to productivity, making rights and obligations upsides, giving attention to both equity and efficiency, and combining democratization and legalization. We must also adopt concrete and effective measures to establish and perfect civil servant insurance system, and to accelerate the development of the socialist market economy and democratic politics.
