Abstract

Knowledge enterprises,resulting from knowledge economy,are increasingly contributing to national economy.For these enterprises knowledge gaining and application is playing a key role in establishing their advantageous positions in competition and keeping their sustainable development.With the establishment of more and more knowledge enterprises,it is very important to find out the knowledge management pattern which is suitable for their development.
