Abstract
The appearance of knowledge economy makes knowledge management objective and inevitable,so scholars home and abroad attach great importance to knowledge economy and give various definitions.After considering the definitions the author holds that knowledge management is a learning of obtaining,deepening,sharing,innovating and applying its invisible capital in order to improve the ability of innovation and competition for an enterprise Knowledge management includes visible knowledge management and obsure knowledge management,and it involves sharing knowledge as their means and innovation as their purpose.In order to encourage knowledge innovation,enterprises should make use of a series of policies which fit themselves.
