Abstract
Objective To study the chemical compositions of the fruits from lycium chinense mill in Xinjiang. Methods The chemical components of the petroleum ether extracts were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods. The structure of acquired compounds was identified by spectrum method. Results Four compounds with their structures were identified by chemical reaction and spectroscopic means such as UV,IR,()~(1)H-NMR,()~(13)C-NMR,2D-NMR and MS as β-Sitosterol(Ⅱ),daucosterol(Ⅲ),4-hydroxide radical-antiform-cinnamic acid(Ⅴ),rutin(Ⅰ).Conclusion Seven compounds were obtained from lycium chinense mill of Xinjiang, four of them were isolated from lycium chinense mill for the first time.
