Abstract
Building a harmonious socialist society is an ideal for whole society.One of the important features of a harmonious society is social equality,which is also the aim of social security.Since the reform and opening up,although the system of social security has made the continuous improvement and development in China,there are problems.To solve the problems,it is necessary to establish the value of social justice and policy orientation,to improve the system of social security,the system of social relief and charity.If only realize the above aims,can we achieve social equality and the goal of a harmonious society.WT
