Abstract
In QianLong years,the Qing Government pacified the rebel of Dzungar;in order to nail down the north border of Sinkiang,the Qing Government began to build fortifications and send armies to tarbaqa.Whereas the lesson of former dynasty and in order not to waste,the Qing Government paid attention to army's self-suporting ability and set up cultivating troops in many places of the country,including tarbaqa.This article will introduce the development of various cultivating troops of the middle Qing Dynasty's tarbaqa,and briefly state the political and economic significance of it.
